University Admissions & selection procedure :

1. All candidates must have completed their qualifying degree in English medium or have a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper), 210 (computer), or 80 (internet).
2. Eligible candidates will be required to take an admission interview.
3. BITS Pilani offers direct admission to the specialization of a central or state board topper, irrespective of their BITSAT score.
4. Admission to most of the courses is based on candidates' performance in the course-specific entrance test

A merit scholarship is based on a student's CGPA in the current semester. About 10% of students per batch receive 100% off, and another 10% receive 40% off.
