Job Description:

1. Candidate will be calling & counselling the students/parents and follow up for the students/parents for admission in the professional courses.
2. Guiding and counselling the students/parents through Phone, SMS, e-mails, WhatsApp and chatting.
3. The candidate will have to counsel and advise the students/parents with converting the actual queries into final admission.
4. Candidate will maintain a record regarding, notification/alerts in newspapers for any promotions w.r.t university/college promoted Us.
5. Work towards admission targets set by the team.
6. The candidate will help the Educational Consultancy become a leading player in the education consulting industry.

Desired Profile:

 

1. We are looking for overseas education counsellor.
2. Must have experience of admission counselling.
3. Should have good knowledge of student visa.
4. Should be confident to convert the actual queries into final admission.
5. Candidate should have good presentation, client-facing, counselling skills and Pleasing and convincing personality.
6. Candidate should have a positive attitude & Excellent Communication skills (English and Hindi, written and spoken).
7. Should have the ability to work in a team.
8. Should be open to travel for education promotions.
9. IT Skills and knowledge of MS Office Word/PowerPoint/Excel.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR & Training Manager who will oversee the entire HR function — including hiring, payroll management, employee engagement, and performance evaluation — while also serving as a corporate trainer for our educational and medical counselors.
This dual-role position requires a professional who is both people-oriented and strategically aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resource Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the entire recruitment cycle for various departments (digital marketing, counselors, admin, etc.).
  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and payroll data.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop HR policies, standard operating procedures, and performance review systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

2. Salary & Payroll Management

  • Manage monthly salary processing and maintain payroll accuracy.
  • Oversee employee benefits, incentives, and leave management systems.
  • Coordinate with finance for disbursements, TDS, and compliance requirements.
  • Track attendance, punctuality, and performance-linked pay components.

3. Training & Development

  • Design and conduct training programs for Educational and Medical Counselors to enhance communication, sales, and counseling skills.
  • Train counselors on international university details, admission procedures, documentation, and student handling techniques.
  • Create training modules, presentations, and performance assessment reports.
  • Conduct periodic evaluation sessions to identify skill gaps and provide refresher training.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure consistent message delivery across departments.

4. Performance Management

  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and maintain KPIs for all departments.
  • Suggest promotion, reward, or corrective action plans based on employee evaluations.
  • Identify high-potential employees and prepare development plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and corporate training (preferably in the education or service industry).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, and training modules.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR software.
