Diploma in Visual Arts: This course is a creative program that allows students to develop their skills and vision in visual arts. Students will learn the basics of visual arts, such as art processes, art tools, art communication, and art critique. Students will also choose a major from one of the visual arts disciplines, such as painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, or video. Entry Requirement

Diploma in Visual Arts: This course requires applicants to have a minimum of NCEA Level 2 with 12 credits in each of four subjects, including at least one subject from Table A and/or Table B. Applicants must also have a minimum of 10 credits in NCEA Level 1 or higher in English or Te Reo M?ori. Applicants must also submit a portfolio of creative work and a written statement. Applicants may be invited to an interview or asked to complete a visual arts test.
