Course Overview

Diploma in Paramedic Science: This course is a one-year program that qualifies students to become registered paramedics in New Zealand. Students will learn the core areas of paramedic science, such as emergency care, clinical assessment, pharmacology, and professional practice. Entry Requirement

Diploma in Paramedic Science: You need to have University Entrance or equivalent, including a minimum of 14 credits at NCEA Level 3 in each of three subjects from the approved subject list, and a minimum of 18 credits at NCEA Level 2 in English or Te Reo M?ori. You also need to have a rank score of 180 or above. You also need to have a current first aid certificate, a full driver�s licence, and pass a police check and a health declaration
