Course Overview

Bachelor of Sport and Recreation: This course is a three-year program that provides students with a comprehensive knowledge of sport and recreation. Students will learn the core areas of sport and recreation, such as sport and exercise science, sport and recreation management, sport and recreation coaching, and sport and recreation leadership. Students will also choose a major from one of the sport and recreation disciplines, such as outdoor education, physical activity and nutrition, sport and exercise, or sport development and management. Students will also develop their communication and analytical skills. This course is suitable for students who want to gain a general understanding of sport and recreation or prepare for further study in sport and recreation.
