Course Overview

Bachelor of Laws (Honours): This course is a four-year program that qualifies students to become lawyers in New Zealand and provides them with an honours degree. Students will learn the core areas of law, such as constitutional law, criminal law, contract law, tort law, property law, and equity and trusts. Students will also develop the skills and knowledge to analyze, interpret, and apply legal principles and rules. Students will also conduct a research project on a law topic of their choice.
