Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences: This course is a computer and information sciences program that prepares students for a career in the IT industry. Students will learn the core areas of computer and information sciences, such as programming, data structures, algorithms, databases, and networks. Students will also choose a major from one of the computer and information sciences disciplines, such as analytics, computational intelligence, computer science, IT service science, networks and security, or software development. Entry Requirement

Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences: This course requires applicants to have a minimum of NCEA Level 3 with 14 credits in each of three subjects from Table A and/or Table B, including at least one subject from Table A. Applicants must also have a minimum of 18 credits in NCEA Level 3 English or Te Reo M?ori, and a minimum of 18 credits in NCEA Level 3 Mathematics or P?ngarau, including at least 4 credits in calculus and 4 credits in algebra. Applicants must also have a minimum of 16 credits in NCEA Level 2 Physics or 14 credits in NCEA Level 3 Physics. Applicants may be required to attend an interview or complete a written test.
