A pass in the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with a minimum of five credits, including Bahasa Melayu, English, Mathematics, Science, and one other subject, or equivalent. A pass in the O-Level with a minimum of five credits, including English, Mathematics, Science, and two other subjects, or equivalent. A pass in the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with a minimum of Grade B in three subjects, including English, Mathematics, and Science, or equivalent. A pass in the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) with a minimum of Grade C in five subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, and two other subjects, or equivalent. A minimum score of 500 in the paper-based TOEFL, 60 in the internet-based TOEFL, or 5.5 in the IELTS, or equivalent. A pass in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) with a minimum of Band 3, or equivalent. A pass in the Nursing Aptitude Test (NAT) conducted by the Malaysian Nursing Board (MNB), or equivalent.
