A pass in the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum of Grade C (NGMP 2.00) in any two subjects, or equivalent. A pass in the Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum of Jayyid, or equivalent. A pass in the Matriculation/Foundation/Pre-University programme with a minimum CGPA of 2.00, or equivalent. A pass in the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with a minimum of Grade B in five subjects, or equivalent. A pass in the Diploma in Nursing or a related field from a recognised institution with a minimum CGPA of 2.50, or equivalent. A minimum score of 500 in the paper-based TOEFL, 60 in the internet-based TOEFL, or 5.5 in the IELTS, or equivalent. A pass in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) with a minimum of Band 3, or equivalent. A pass in the Nursing Aptitude Test (NAT) conducted by the Malaysian Nursing Board (MNB), or equivalent.
