A pass in the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum of Grade A (NGMP 4.00) in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics/Mathematics, or equivalent. A pass in the Matriculation/Foundation/Pre-University programme with a minimum CGPA of 3.50 in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics/Mathematics, or equivalent. A pass in the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with a minimum of Grade A in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics/Mathematics, or equivalent. A pass in the Diploma in Science or a related field from a recognised institution with a minimum CGPA of 3.75, or equivalent. A minimum score of 600 in the paper-based TOEFL, 100 in the internet-based TOEFL, or 6.5 in the IELTS, or equivalent. A minimum score of 5 in each band of the International Medical Admissions Test (IMAT), or equivalent. A statement of purpose, a resume, and two letters of recommendation. An interview with the admission committee.
