Course Overview

The program offers an in-depth exploration of Psychology, which is the scientific investigation into the connection between the mind and behavior. The curriculum comprises two main components: Psychology (70%) and Management (30%). The Psychology component covers fundamental domains of psychology, encompassing biological psychology, cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, individual differences, social psychology, conceptual and historical issues in psychology, and research methods. This part of the program provides a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of human behavior and mental processes. Complementing the psychological domains, the Management component introduces topics relevant to workplace psychology. These topics include consumer behavior, marketing strategies, human resource management, and project management. By incorporating these managerial topics, the program aims to bridge the understanding of psychological principles with their practical applications in organizational settings. The teaching approach emphasizes the application of psychological and managerial concepts to real-world issues.
